Strong(濃厚)
No-baked cheesecake with cookies on cheese, not cookie base. Cheesecake part is wet and full of rich umami.
クッキー生地ではなく上にクッキーが載ったレアチーズケーキ。チーズ生地はねっとりと濃厚な旨み一杯。
