 Review  
Strong(濃厚)
Cake with rich caramel ganache on the base of hazel nuts sponge and black tea sponge. Macaron on top is mocha taste. Good balance between sweetness and umami.
濃厚なキャラメル風味のガナッシュがヘーゼルナッツスポンジと紅茶風味のスポンジに載ったケーキ。上のマカロンもモカ風味。甘さと旨さのバランスが良い。
