Delicate(軽い)
Parfait with fresh mango and fresh pineapple together with tropical fruits sorbet, tropical fruits gelee, chocolate, lime gelee, passion fruits source. Clear sweetness from mango and pine is good.
旬のフレッシュマンゴーとフレッシュパインにトロピカルフルーツソルベ、パールクラッカン ショコラ、トロピカルフルーツジュレ、ライムジュレ、パッションフルーツソースを合わせたパフェ。マンゴーとパインのはっきりした甘みが旨い。
