Delicate(軽い)
Sandwich full of umami from thick cut mango and rich cream with light texture. Moisture of sponge at right level helping unity of parts.
分厚いマンゴーと食感は軽いが濃厚なクリームで旨み一杯のサンドイッチ。スポンジの水分も丁度良く一体感あり。
