Delicate(軽い)
Bota mochi with lots of sweet bean paste covered by shiso added mochi rice and leaf and flower of sakura like sakura mochi. Flavor and salt of sakura accentuate soft and simple mochi rice, matching well with sweet bean paste full of sweet beans scent.
大量のつぶ餡を紫蘇がまぶされた餅米と桜餅のような桜の葉と桜の花で包んだぼた餅。桜の香りと塩気が柔らかくさっぱりとした餅米に効いて、小豆の風味が香る餡との相性も良い。
