Delicate(軽い)
Fresh cheese cake with cheese fragrant mousse over sour sweet citron confiture. Texture of crumble is nice.
チーズの風味香るムースの下に甘酸っぱいシトロンコンフィを敷いたさっぱりしたチーズケーキ。上に載せたクランブルの食感も良い。
