Strong(濃厚)
Roll cake with light cream and rich castard cream covered by rough sponge. Full of umami with balanced cream and flavor of sponge.
軽いクリームと濃厚なカスタードクリームを荒目の生地で包んだロールケーキ。生地の風味とクリームのバランスが良く、旨味たっぷり。
