Delicate(軽い)

Daifuku made of rice cake with beans inside. Beans texture is at appropriate level, not too hard not too soft. Anko type is mashed sweet beans paste.  Rice cake texture is also at just right level, and very thin form. Each part has good flavor and taste, and coming together nice balance.

しっかりとした粒感のある豆が効いた豆大福。中はつぶ餡。餅は柔らかくもなく硬くもない丁度良い食感で、生地は薄め。それぞれ全て良い風味で美味しく、一体となって完璧なバランスになっている。
